Do I need a Credit Card/Bank Account to try the system?
No, you don't need a credit card or bank account to try the system. You can sign
up for the FREE plan and use it through your life for free.
How do I upgrade my FREE account to a paid package?
If you have a FREE account and want to upgrade to a paid account, log in as the
administrator then simply click on the "Upgrade" link from the "Home" tab.
Can I pay for a year in advance?
Yes. You would be entitled for 2 months of free service if you decide to commit
to a year of subscription. However, it is not mandatory to go for annual subscription
and you also have the option to subscribe for monthly service.
What do mean by Customization?
Customization means changing the email formats, changing the default logo of HRStop.com
to add yours to the system. Different plans allow different level of customization.
Can I cancel subscription any time?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at anytime.
What do you mean by Database Size?
Database Size means the space that can be consumed on the hosted server. It includes
adding of any kind of files, images, documents, records, etc.
What do you mean by Number of Employee?
Based on the size of your company, there are different plans available. Every plan
allows certain number of employees to be registered in the system under one company
account.
Company with a size of not more than 25 employee should opt for Basic plan, upto
75 employee should choose our Premium plan and above 75 employee must use Elite
plan.
What do you mean by Number of Job Posted?
Based on the plan purchased by company, it depicts the jobs that can be posted by
Company Admin.
