Preferred experience and knowledge.

·  Proficient in Market research and developing new opportunities from outbound calling activities.

·  Must have gone through a Voice & Accent training with the previous organization.

·  Strong in lead generation.

·  Handling almost all the time zones within US.

·  Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

·  Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. 

·  0.5-3 year's telesales and/or inside pre-sales experience.

·  A proven track record of achievements of assigned leads or sales target. 

·  Excellent client service skills. 

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Experience

·        Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).

KRA’s

 BD associates would be setting up appointments for the sales team for online presentations, every held appointment becomes a valid lead.
