Form 12B

Form 12B is a document which an employee shares with the new employer if s/he joins in mid of a financial year. 

It is a document which has the details about his previous earnings, deductions and exemptions. 

Who generates it?

?When an employee parts his/her ways with an organisation, the organisation issues a Form 16. Using the Form 16 part B, the employee fills in the details in Form 12B and shares it with the new employer.
