The Sculptor and the Block of Marble!!

A famous sculptor was once asked to create a magnificent statue for the town square. He received a massive block of marble and began his work. Day after day, he chipped away at the marble, meticulously shaping and refining it.

As the sculptor worked, people would stop and watch. Some doubted him, wondering if such a rough and unrefined block could ever become a beautiful statue. But the sculptor paid no heed to the doubts and continued his work with patience and precision.
Months passed, and the statue began to take shape. One day, a young boy asked the sculptor, "How did you know there was a statue inside the marble?"

The sculptor smiled and replied, "I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free."

When the statue was finally unveiled, it was breathtakingly beautiful, and the town marveled at the sculptor's vision and skill.

Flash: For professionals, this story underscores the importance of vision, patience, and perseverance. It teaches us to see potential where others see obstacles and to work diligently towards our goals, even when progress seems slow. By believing in our vision and staying committed, we can achieve remarkable results.

Moral: Vision, patience, and perseverance can transform potential into reality.

The sculptor produces the beautiful statue by chipping away such parts of the marble block as are not needed - it is a process of elimination!!
