The Masterpiece in the Hallway

In a busy corporate office in the city of Veridian, there was one thing that stood out quietly. Not the glass walls. Not the meeting rooms. But a blank canvas hanging in the main hallway. 

Beside it sat a small table, a jar of blue paint, and one brush. A handwritten note rested nearby: "Add one stroke. Just one".

At the next all hands meeting, the CEO pointed to the framed canvas and spoke softly.
