Testing Workflow edit first time

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement robust backend systems using RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop high-performance, scalable applications with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and API documentation.
• Implement security best practices, including authentication, data encryption, and compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues proactively.

Profile: 8+ years of backend development experience with a proven track record in building scalable web services. Expertise in at least two backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot). Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native development. Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
